Q - Do you offer deliver in the USA?
A - No, at this time we only offer deliver in Israel. But we can deliver to almost any location in Israel, including hotels and apartment. Your rental Items will be waiting for you, so do not worry!
Q - Can you deliver to one address but pickup from another address?
A - Yes, on our order forms you can specify the delivery and pickup addresses
Q - If we have 2 laptops with us, can we use the same aircard on both?
AYes, but not at the same time.
Q - Do I need to pay VAT (Tax) as a tourist?
A - Yes, although you are a tourist, Israeli law specifies that VAT must be paid on our type of services, and this VAT is non-refundable.
Q - How do I return the rented equipment?
A - Specify on the order form when and where you would like us to have UPS pickup the return items. Just place the items into the pre-addressed return envelope, seal it and Hand it to the UPS driver. We will send you a return confirmation within 48 hours.
Q - How do I return the equipment if I'm staying at a hotel?
A - Just place the items into pre-addressed return envelope, seal it and leave it with the front desk on your way out of the hotel. It is recommended to mention that UPS will be coming to pick up the package shortly, so they keep it at the front desk. It is also recommended to get the name of the person you leave it with. We will send you a return confirmation within 48 hours.
Q - Can I receive my rental phone number before I arrive so that I can give it to family, friends and work?
A - Yes, we can usually send you, your reserved local phones numbers 24-48 hours before your trip. Please email our representatives if you are interested in this complimentary service.
Q - Are the wireless aircard speeds fast and reliable?
AYes, all of our aircards operate on the latest 3.5G HSPDA networks in Israel. The speeds are impressive country wide, and are perfect for all of your online needs.
Q - Will the aircards work everywhere in Israel?
A - Yes, Our wireless network has good signal coverage in over %98 of Israel. Our service will keep you online as you travel throughout Israel, North to South, East to West.
Q - Do you offer aircards that support Apple - MAC OS laptops?
A - Yes, but please specify your OS type and version on your order form so we can ensure the best suitable model is shipped to you.
Q - Do you offer delivery to the Dead-Sea Hotels area (Ein-Bokek) or Eilat?
A - Yes, we do offer our deliver service at our standard rates to the Dead-Sea Hotels area and Eilat. Delivery is only on Sunday, so if you're arriving mid-week, we can ask your hotel to hold the package until your arrival.
Q - Do you offer a return option at Ben-Gurion Airport in Tel Aviv?
A - No, at this time we do not. We need to pickup from either your last place you stay or by someone you can leave it with, that will be available for the UPS pickup. Ben Gurion Airport offers terminal wide complimentary wireless access, so do not worry about getting online while at the airport.
Q - How long before my arrival in Israel, do I need to send in my order form?
A - We recommend sending in your order form at least 7 days before your arrival to ensure availability and prompt delivery.
If you are traveling on short notice, send in your form and we will do our best to accommodate your order.
Q - When will I be charged for my rental?
A - If your rental start date is within 3 weeks or less of sending in your order form, you will be charged immediately.
Q - When will I be charged for my cellular phone rental?
A - Daily fees, delivery service fees and minute packages will be charged to your credit card when placing your order-reservation. For pay as you go reservation, fees for calls made during the rental will be charged after your phone is returned and the final bill is calculated by our systems.
Q -Do you accept all types of credit cards?
A - Yes, we accept all major types of credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Diners.
Q - If I order an aircard and a cellular phones do I need to pay a separate delivery fee for each?
A - No, as long as both items are being delivered and/or picked from the same location on the same date, you only will be charged one deliver fee.
Q - Is the aircard easy to install and use?
A - Yes, our aircards are plug and play. Just plug them into a USB port and within a few minutes you will be online. In the rare event where there is difficulty in the automatic installation, we always include a CD with software and instructions for a Quick manual installation.
Q - Do you offer a self-pickup option in Israel?
A - Yes, we do offer a self-pickup option, free of charge from our offices, but you must coordinate self-pickups in advance with one of our service representatives.
