Contact IL Wireless via our contact form below, notifying us of the lost equipment, with as many details as possible.

Please request a delivery receipt from IL Wireless

Please call IL Wireless at 972-2-571-5715 to let them know via phone as well.

If you have lost a cellular phone or modem, you must contact Pelephone as well (the cellular provider) to notify them of the lost equipment.

Please note you will remain liable until you report the stolen phone to both parties.
